Meats                       We only select the finest animals for our Free Range Beef  Products.

                                  Our Naturally-reared lamb is wonderfully succulent and sweet,
                                  we provide the finest quality lamb all year round. 

                                  All our pork comes from pigs that have an unrestricted natural and    
                                  healthy lifestyle that allows the pigs to express normal behavioural 
                                  patterns. 
                   
Poultry                     Free range chickens have access to the outdoors for at least half their life,
                                  and our Corn fed chickens are fed on a diet which contains a 
                                  minimum of 50% of maize grain (rather than the standard diet of wheat),
                                  the flavour of the chicken is not affected by the altered diet

Game                   All of our products are of the highest quality. We offer
                                   specially selected Wild Duck, Pheasant and Venison.

Organic                The beef that we prepare is the best available, reared local
                                   Aberdeen Angus, combined with our home grown feed. 

                                   All our lamb is matured on the bone which ensures tenderness. 
                                   With just the right amount of fat for taste and flavour.
                                   All our lambs are of the highest Quality.

                                   The health of our pigs is easily maintained in a natural environment,
                                   and are fed natural cereal diets that are GMO free, or organic diets. 
                                   We are proud of the excellent Quality of our pork.
                        
Sausages              All our Sausages are made with the finest ingredients,   
                                    combined with the best cuts of meat

Bacon                    Our bacon is supplied in 250gm packs, 500gm packs  or 1kg packs 
                                    (please note the pack sizes are catch weights and may vary slightly).
                                    All products are vacuum sealed to keep in the freshness. Due to the 
                                    nature of our product these packs will keep in your fridge for up to 
                                    2 months or you can freeze them if you prefer to do so, as no flavour 
                                    is lost on freezing. Once the pack has been opened just wrap in some 
                                    greaseproof and keep in the fridge.
